Overall horrible experience with this company and they will block and delete your honest Facebook review. I know others have had good experiences, but I think it’s but they were much bigger projects for them, if you know what I mean. The owner’s communication is absolute horrible. Their work is subpar, they are expensive, and they liked that we paid cash for almost $10k worth of work. It took almost a year to complete the work. Luis and his team have been consistently reliable for 8 years with our pool and spa. We have had the same liner now for 8 years and I attribute that to a quality team and quality installation. We have an automatic pool covers that needs repair occasionally and his team is always super responsive and gets the job done in a cost efficient way as well. I do talk to other people with pools and the pricing I hear from other companies is far more than what we have paid and I doubt the service is as good! Luis and Co. did an amazing job. Was here everytime he promised, answer the phone for all our questions. Top notch installation, honestly he probably did more than we paid him for. Super fair! Luis and the Aqua Works team did an amazing job! My pool was built 5 years ago and my liner started leaking in two and a half years. My original pool builder cut corners and did not prep the cement walls and stairs appropriately leaving no option but to purchase and install a new liner. Aqua Works spend an entire day grinding down sharp cement edges and prepping the pool for the new liner, which included a protective barrier between the concrete and liner. The job was completed in two days and I’m completely satisfied with the work and the price. I highly recommend Luis and his team!

An absolutely wonderful experience. Louis and his entire team treated us like family from day one. We couldn’t be happier with our pool…a dream come true.
