We had Aquarius Pool Services and Leak Detections do a complete renovation on our pool. The owner was really good in giving advice on changing the design of our spa. Looks so much better with the clean lines. Everything from the glass tile to the color of the of the pebble when resurfacing. New lights that changes color to the best of the best pool cleaner that we have ever had. Aquarius was top notch on communication and making sure everything was on schedule. They also accepted with my little changes here and there with smiles. Thanks Aquarius

We would NOT recommend Aquarius for leak detection (or any other work). Had out several times for leak detection because pool was draining and there was water standing in the yard by the deck. Dealt primarily with CJ. First was told nothing showed up in pressure test. Second was told the leak was skimmer related. We heavily questioned this along with our pool cleaning company who had discussed the leak with Aquarius as well. We ultimately paid to have the skimmers “fixed”. When repairing the skimmer, Cj's coworker said the leak is a clear plumbing problem, not skimmer related. Had Aquarius out…

Our two automatic valves died sometime during freezes this winter. Aquarius quickly diagnosed the issue, got the parts and made the repair. Steve is our usual technician and I always get some helpful pool care tips along with a solid repair every time he comes out.

These guys have done all of the warranty work on my pool the last few years. They are the best of the best. From first contact with the office, well organized records, efficient scheduling and knowledgeable field professionals. This is a well run company staffed with the best. Update 10/18/2024. Again a great service interaction with Aquarius Pool Services. Some problems with my pool/spa heater developed. Negative stars would be a better reflection of the service provided. (Or rather ... NOT provided.) I had an appointment scheduled, but no one showed on the scheduled day or the days following. Phone calls (during business days) were never answered, and voice mails were unable to be left due to the voice mailbox being full. Additionally, the company did not respond to the automated text service they use whenever someone calls. They clearly do not want or need any more business!

Steve was exceptional in replacing our gas heater and installing a new LED light for the Jacuzzi. Id recommend Aquarius to anyone!
