Rodney came out to give us a quote for repairs/possible replacement of our pool heater and pool/spa lights. He called and then texted he was on his way for our appointment (as I was unable to answer his phone call). He was professional, courteous and clearly explained the problem with our heater (giving us a quote for a repair, as well as a replacement). He took time to answer our questions and followed up with the promised professional quotes via email. We did not feel pressured to make a decision at that time and he did not try to "up-sale" us. This company is always professional, prompt, and has clean communication so you know what to expect and they follow through. I work with them for my routine service and any repairs needed. I had a mechanical issue that they were able to diagnose and repair the same day along with multiple options for cost vs. impact decision. Jackson was excellent to work with. Thanks!

Clear Choice Pools has been great to us. From weekly maintenance to service calls, they've always sent someone who knows their stuff! The staff is kind and professional and gets you taken care of in a timely manner. The guys are always willing to answer questions about your pool, including how something works, anytime they are asked. For the weekly maintenance, I LOVE the email telling me exactly what was addressed, along with a photo of the pool after the cleaning.
