I left a voicemail with Jay after receiving his information from another customer of his that gave him a glowing review. Jay returned my call quickly and was able to sort out our issue after seeing just a few pictures of the pool hardware. Within a day or two our pool pump was fixed and ready to run good as new. He also checked in after a few days to make sure everything was still running well. I cannot recommend Aquatechnik Pool Service enough.

Jay at Aquatechnik Pool Service has been servicing our pool for over three years. Our pool has NEVER looked better. Jay is there every week checking the chemicals, cleaning the baskets and taking care of any equipment repairs we need. He is great to work with and very reasonable. Well worth the weekly fee to be able to enjoy our pool without worry.

I am so glad that we found Jay Nance! Before we hired Jay, we tried to maintain our pool ourselves to save money, but we could not be happier with the service that Aquatechnik and Jay have provided to us since 2015. From the start, Jay had our salt water pool running smoothly and looking great without all the expensive upgrades that other pool companies tried to sell us. I would give Jay six stars if I could. He is reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. His technical background makes him very good at diagnosing problems and solving them the right way the first time. For example, during the “big freeze” of February 2021, my heater sprung a leak resulting in a pool shut-down. Because of the demand on local inventory, the part I needed was not available anywhere in the DFW area. But that didn’t stop Jay.
