It's a 2nd year I've been using Arrow Master Pools and I'm delighted with thorough knowledge, professional service and timely response. Wally and his sidekick Rob performed pool closing, blew all pipes, heater, filter, closed the return lines and skimmers, added chemicals, and stretched the hard cover - whole task took around 2 hours. Wally was so nice to replace one of the missing brass screws for the cover strapping, and gave me couple of extra screws with the casings. I highly recommend Arrow Pool Service.

Danny and Nate opened my pool today for the 2024 season and they were so professional and kind and went way above and beyond to help me understand my new pump. Definitely recommend these 2 pros working together, they do an amazing job.

Had a great experience working with Arrow Master over the last few years on our quest to build a new pool in our yard. We worked with Keith Eggleston on our project and he was nothing but helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in new pool builds. Through our many (and I mean many) design iterations, assistance with dealing with our township permitting process and detailed explanations of every part of the process, I wish we had a Keith for all aspects of our life. Been with this Company since 1976. Always great service. Danny and Si know their stuff and can explain pool operations like the pros they are. Each of ‘em get an “Atta-boy” for the day.

Daniel, in charge, and Vincent were excellent representatives of Arrow Master today in CAREFULLY APPLYING CHEMICALS to clean our filters. Their work saved us from having to buy a new filter and pump! Thank you Daniel for considering us as seniors instead of How much more money can we make here? Good business and representing Arrow Master Pools as the pros they are. In fact, not only did they save us replacement costs, but they carefully carried all materials and filters away from our Water Well and from our driveway. If I could give them a zero, I would. Horrible service and communication. Paid over $700 to open the pool. They drained the cover and dumped all of the debris into the pool. I had to clean and fill the pool. They never cleaned the cover. But, they did add the start up chemicals... Never communicated with us or returned multiple phone calls. Will never use Arrow Master again!
