We spent three months researching pool companies and were happy to find Artesian Pools and Spas. Working with Ray Orta and his staff Trini, Sylvie, and Brandie was always a positive experience. We were able to express our vision and Ray and his team brought it to life. Everyday I look out at my backyard and say "I love my pool!" Our pool is a custom salt water pool that measures 18' x 45', with a beach entry, a bench in the deep end and includes two water falls. The depth ranges from 3' to 7'. Hats off to Artesian , Ray Orta , and the entire crew. Huge back yard project completed on time (which was very important to me). Tore out and rebuilt , The BBQ area , pool re plaster , new tile and added a swim step and travertine throughout patio and pool area. Very attentive to our needs and wants, communication was great and quality was spot on. This is actually the 2nd time we have used Artesian pools and spa and would use them a 3rd if needed. When you make a large investment for family time you don't just let anyone dig a hole in your backyard. Only the highest quality concrete, rebar and equipment used. Other pool builders will sacrifice quality of materials to save money but with my construction back ground I was well aware of this. Scheduled time frame increased due to my last minute changes and was handled professionally.

Artesian was such a great experience for us here in Yuma. They worked with us on our starting date as we had not closed on our house. They said it would be 85 days and it was!!! Communication was great with them. Great teams working together. My pool and spa are absolutely spatacular !!!! Highly recommend this company!!! Sorry no good photos as the rest of my yard is not complete yet.

$25,000 for a pool remodel with new cool deck resurfacing. Less than one year later the deck coating began bubbling and peeling due to poor preparation. They also left lots of residue in the joints. Ray Orta came and looked at it but refused to help. Splash Pools redid it for $7,000 and over a year later it is still perfect.

Best pool company in all of Yuma!! got my pool done with them, the people working were very efficient and did an amazing job, my pool looks amazing and get compliments when I have company over. The lady in the front office is very nice and helped out so much. Her customer service is wonderful.
