Quick Fix just completed our new pool build and we couldn't be happier. Oliver was great to work with. He's very professional and easy to work with. Shout outs also to Palmer, Phil and Frank. We had never had a pool built, so it was a learning experience. Quick Fix made it as easy as possible. We obtained several quotes before deciding on Quick Fix. Their price fit our budget and included a couple of things that the other companies would have charged us more for. We couldn't be more happier with the project Phil Barr and his team completed for us. We had the pool redone, new plaster, waterfall, cool deck painintg and turtle on the bottom. We had snags along the way and Phil handled them fast and professional. I'm sure he got tired of my endless texts :)

Loving my new pool♡ Never built one myself , just always bought houses with pools!!! It was an interesting/ learning process...Oliver was very professional and very accommodating. My warranty company requested service from this company. After i paid a fee i called this pool company diring normal business hours 8-5 aprox at 2pm no answer so i left a message. I had no call back what so ever. After several days i reached them and they came out with out a call. I was leaving my driveway when i saw the pool tech leaving my back yard. We talked and he told me what was needed and they contact me again after getting an authorization for the parts. No one calledfor seven days. If I could give zero stars I would. What an awful experience dealing with this unprofessional company. They lack professionalism and customer service, I have never attempted to work with a company when given a four hour window, they no call no show. Unbelievable! Then without setting up an appointment they just show up at their convenience and I'm told "the electrician makes his own schedule" and that electrician knocks on my door and says "this is my last attempt", as if he is doing me a favor and I'm not paying for a service. My pool has never looked as prestine as it has since Quick Fix Pools have taken over as my pool maintenance company. So professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them. I wish I had found them sooner.

Two months service 1x a week, continued issues regarding adding chlorine and other chemicals, tile cleaning is suppose to be included 1 x a month never done, cleaning all filter baskets weekly not done, hanging backwash hose continually not done, Phil said I was being petty and he was rude cancelled weekly service
