Conrad’s is doing work on our backyard neighbors home. They sprayed the neighbors brick wall and didn’t account for over spray and got paint on our shed, equipment, and plants. We called the office and receptionist said she was going to tell the owner. We never got a call back and we called two more times after that. They have no respect for other peoples property or the damages they caused. We also complained about water that is seeping through the brick wall, in which they responded to the neighbor that it won’t cause damage because they added plastic. We had a wonderful experience with Conrad’s! They were quick to respond throughout the entire process and answered all of the questions we had as first time pool owners. The workers were friendly and efficient and did a great job. We love our pool and highly recommend them! They also did our landscaping by adding turf and it looks great!

Our experience with Conrad's has been exceptional. From starting the build to the finish product, every interaction we had with every employee was great. The workers were all professional, all our questions were answered. Our main contact, Esmeralda, explained every step of the build & made herself available through every step. My husband and I have been impressed by Conrad's from the moment we first reached out to them for an estimate. Esmeralda came out to meet with us within 24 hours of our initial call! She was extremely pleasant to talk to. She gave the necessary advice, and was honest about expectations of how things work. Diana is the friendly face you'll see upon entering Conrad's office, she has also been helpful and friendly along the way. Highly recommend Conrand's Pool for your next project. We had then do a replaster job and they did amazing work. His bid was right in line with the other quotes we got, however, he offered to create a baja shelf at the same cost! None of the other pool companies offered anything above what I was asking for. I will be using them in the future! Now we have a beautiful pool, and it's ready for all the summer fun!
