After 6 years with this company in spite of at times receiving very POOR service from the pool technicians who normally would be talking on their cell phones while they were doing my pool service, leave my water hose running in the pool while they left to do another job or had to return to redo a job that was not done properly... as a disabled veteran and recent widow when I asked the owner to pause my service during the 6 months of the year in the winter when I live out of state and cover it with a pool cover which he agreed to do it never happened... instead I was very quickly and unprofessi…

Best service, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly reliable, highly competitive pricing. I’m not a big review writer, but after working with quite a few different pool companies in the Myrtle beach area, I was blown away by the ASP team. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend ASP pools. I am not a regular customer as I do most of my own cleaning and maintenance. I got into a project with my salt generator that ended up being over my head. Jeff at ASP was awesome. He sent a tech and fixed the issue quickly. It’s been 6 months and it works perfectly. Awesome service!! Customer for life.

I recently wrote a nasty review. Now after working some kinks out, I am pleased to say that I am happy with ASP Pool Service. We had an issue with our spa and my husband texted the owner and he came out the very next day and was very helpful. Needless to say I am glad things have worked out because it is so hard to find good companies to do work. Even with a a bit of a rocky start, I am pleased with the service we have. I told my husband that they will be the first people we go to with updating/repairing some issues with our pool.

Gerral and Jeff have done a wonderful job maintaining our Salt Water pool. We hired ASP almost a year ago. We had many issues. They analyzed our system. Fixed all the problems. Today our pool runs perfectly, looks great The best part is that we don't have to worry about a thing. They take care of everything. If we have a problem, I call them and they are here. They are reliable, professional and sincere in the job they do.

We have been getting poor service for months and months. Everytime the pool is serviced weekly there is an issue. Chemicals are left all over the bottom of the pool and it cannot be used! This has been happening for months!!! We asked Jeff to not send the same service person as he ruins the pool water every week but he continues to send him. Our filter and motor are at risk of failing with all the chemicals ghat have been overused.

ASP of Myrtle Beach is always receptive to our service requests and our weekly maintenance schedule keeps our pool looking great.
