Our project manager John was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator throughout the project, and accessible to us by phone every day of the week. Our experience with Blue Haven pools! Our project Manager Tony kept great communication with us! Rather if good or bad news. But even when it was a not so good news (beyond his control) he always found a way and explained our options to get beyond the bad and turned it into good! I absolutely love how even though pool is complete I still text him questions and he answers even on the weekends! I don’t expect answers till after the weekend but not Tony he answers usually with an hour even on weekends! We did our research locally when selecting the right company to build our pool. Haven came out top in terms of recommendations. We did hear of plenty of horror stories with other companies, but none of those for Haven. After meeting with Jeff and signing up in Sept 2025, we got assigned Chris Briccio as our project manager. The Blue Haven team have been great throughout the entire process of building our pool from Design to completion. Brandon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the design phase. Chad Brewer has been amazing as a project manager. He is incredibly helpful, and responsive and has kept us in the loop on all of many steps involved in building a pool. Modifications during the build were also not an issue and we absolutely love our pool. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Blue Haven did an amazing job on our in gound pool and spa. From the design by Brandon to the finish project. The Project manager Taylor and Contractor Brad and all the staff and crew , did an excellent job coordinating and constructing our pool and spa. We did have some issues along the way but they quickly resolved them. The key to our project being done to our expectations was the communication we had with our project manager Taylor! We initially almost went with a smaller mom & pop pool builder to save a few bucks. Now that our project is complete, I can't even IMAGINE going through this process with anyone but Blue Haven. Our property has some restrictive challenges but the pro's at Blue Haven really know their stuff. We were fortunate to have Chris and Tad on our build. I am a PM for a custom home builder in Isle of Palms, and every pool we have built is with Blue Haven. Our guy Zach has been our head guy for a while. He always answers the phone and gets whatever we need done the second we ask for it. Great company and incredible employees, everything is always done to satisfactory. These guys know ball.
