I can't say enough great things about Heritage Pools! From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. Dave was fantastic from the very beginning, taking the time to meet with us and helping us design the perfect pool. Mackenzie in the office was always quick to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We really enjoyed working with the Heritage Pool team. It was stressful for me to go through this process, my own personality trait, the team at Heritage eased my mind. Especially Mackenzie!!! Mackenzie is incredible, responsive, and patient. The onsite leader, Marco, was gracious, courteous, and responsive. Any potential problems or discrepancies were mitigated professionally and to an acceptable solution. We would definitely work with this group again and feel we made the right decision when shopping pool companies.

Dave, Makenzie, and Fred are a pool dream team! They made process seamless and did amazing work. Have already recommended to friends! Changing our family fun for years to come!! Update: We just had pool school with Tim Smith. He was super helpful, gets things done, answers questions, and is very detailed! He was fantastic to work with, and has made himself available for any questions we may have down the road!

Heritage Pools built our pool at the height of covid when all other pool builders were stalled out. They told us what they were going to do they gave us clear pricing and they did exactly what they said they would do. 3 years later they are still cleaning our pool every week. They consistently provide excellent service. We have been happy customers of theirs since 2021 and are so glad that we found them!!

The pool maintenance, flushing, cleaning, pool water setup & chemical testing was done today by two very professional pool experts who were very clear on their instructions & demonstrating the use of the pool setup using the equipment monitor.

We recently started weekly service after getting a new liner installed. We had some equipment failure and Tim was able to squeeze us into his Friday afternoon schedule and got us back on track. We appreciate his responsiveness and dedication to customer service.
