Atlas Pools did an awesome job from start to finish. Like most pool companies, they subcontract specialized work—decking, excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, electrical, and the screened cage—but what sets Atlas apart is how well everything is coordinated. Brad and his team communicated consistently through a group chat, and project managers regularly followed up on-site. Atlas Pools has made our dream a reality! We looked over multiple quotes and they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their quality is phenomenal and their communication from design studio to completion of project is out of this world. You truly cannot find a better company and team to build your pool. We love our backyard oasis and are so happy with everything they have done! From contract sign to completion we were swimming in 3months! We love our pool, still learning how to take care of it but they have been very helpful with answering all our questions, even at the weekends or after hours (which is very helpful). This is the second pool that Atlas has built for us, and every pool is different with all kinds of new equipment. So again, it’s a learning process. Everything has turned out beautiful. We would recommend Atlas to anyone looking to build a new pool.

After a year of researching many pool builders, my husband and I decided to go with Atlas Pools and we couldn’t be happier. Even though it took us a year to pull the trigger, from start to finish the actual build was 9 weeks. Communication throughout the project, kept us in the loop of what we could expect next and they consistently under promised and over delivered. Every person that has come to see our pool has said it looks like a resort and I have a waiting list of people who would like to move into our guest room.

I am editing this review with just cause. Yes, there were hiccups during construction. However first impressions are not everything. I don’t know if there are truths to this, but I am told that there was a shake up within the company. That said, the support these guys have given me has been nothing short of incredible. We suffered a house fire which left the pool out of service for months. Where other companies suggested resurfacing, these guys saved my pool. TLDR: You will hate the day you contract with Atlas Pools. The first thing to know about this dishonest company is that they buy positive google reviews. An employee told me this and any 5 star review is likely fake. Check Yelp. That is a more accurate rating of this company (1.8/5 stars). The proof of there dishonesty is them claiming that my wife and I are now happy with our pool and sent pictures of our grand kids having fun. That never happened. We are not happy with the work Atlas performed. We sent plenty of pictures, but it was evidence of their poor workmanship as seen below. …
