We had an amazing experience working with Robert on our pool project. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to keep everything on track. Anytime we had a question or concern, Robert came by either the very next day—or even the same day—to assess the situation and make sure it was handled. Thank you so much Blue Haven pool for building my Oasis, Kris Hutchison was my pool designer, he did an amazing job designing my dream pool, Shannon was our pool manager, he did an excellent job also, Dave the pool school guy was very patient with us, even after our pool was done we contacted him about an issue and he came back and fix it. I will definitely recommend this pool company, we had different quotes from other companies but Blue Haven had the best prices and real people reviews. Than you!

Mike and his team recently repaired several cracks in our spa under warranty—issues that had unfortunately gone unresolved by the previous owner of the franchise. I had an incredible experience with Blue Haven. Starting with Tom who came to my house. He provided us with a very detailed breakdown of the cost for our pool. They are not the cheapest or most expensive pool company out there. Their price is just fair. Moving on to construction, that’s when I met Robbin. He was the project manager of my pool and I could not have been in better hands. He was incredible. Communication wise, there was not a single email I sent to him that went unanswered. We had an amazing experience with Blue Haven Pools & Spas. Starting with Bill Bradshaw who provide us a breakdown of the cost for our pool and time frames. The project Manager, Arianne Ferreira worked with us with incredible communication, and she always kept us posted about the next steps. The whole pool build project took maximum of three months. We have an extremely small back yard and we were told by many pool installers that it was not possible to ever have a pool. We retired from the cold North, our dream was to have an Oasis backyard with a pool. From the first call to Blue Haven pool, with Juan, our designer, he said absolutely, we can make your dream come true! Cannot Recommend - Deceptive Sales Practices, Poor Quality I cannot recommend Blue Haven Pools based on my $100K+ experience. Salesperson (Juan G) made verbal promises about sod replacement, electrical work, and property restoration that never appeared in contract. After construction, they hid behind "no oral representations" contract language.
