Bob and his team at Custom Pool Renovations were incredible! From scheduling to completion of our resurfacing they worked professionally. We initially had an issue with the color that was used.  In speaking with Bob he was able to determine with the manufacturer that it was a defect in the product. They offered to resurface the pool with a different color. Again the process was handled professionally and continued to be looked after.  They took the time to explain the process in detail, made daily stops and ensured I was satisfied throughout. We definitely made the right choice choosing Custom Pool Renovations. They were professional, great with communicating and the pool was done in a timely manner. There are always hiccups in construction, even those went smoothly. Bob and his crew were always very pleasant, professional and respectful to us and our property. I love the old school work ethic Bob has. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We love our pool! Stay with me this is gonna be long but worth it. While I was out of town, my husband hired another company to resurface our pool. Four days in, it was clear they had completely wrecked our stairs and several other areas, unnecessarily. I called Custom pool in a panic, explain what happened, and they stepped in immediately, even though their schedule is packed. The difference was night and day. Bob and Cindy at Custom Pool Renovations did a wonderful job with our pool renovation. They took our "Basic 80's" rectangle pool and literally rejuvenated it! With Bob's keen insight, he helped us design a renovation that included a new beach entry, swim out shelf, new lighting and water feature, resurfacing, and more. A true professional company, It’s refreshing to work with honest people. Our pool renovation was a great experience, Bob and his team at Customs Pool Renovation did a great job going the extra step to make everything perfect. 2/2026 Update - This is the second pool Bob and his team have done for me. Just finishing an entire pool deck, Pool Tile and all equipment / automation. As I mentioned before the communication is top notch super helpful and upfront about everything. Bob did our pool, pavers and new equipment this past spring. Communication was top notch through the entire process and the pool and pavers came out great.

I recently contracted with Custom Pool Renovations to add waterbowls to my pool area. Bob and his staff were professional, provided options and recommendations for the install and even assisted in the selection of the bowls themselves. Bob personally managed the project and assured that the job was being performed to his high standards. I am very pleased with the outcome and am glad to have found this company.

We worked with Bob from Custom Pool Renovations for our pool. He was a pleasure to work with, informed us in advance of the plan and then stuck to it, had a great crew, and came back after the job was done (more than once) to ensure we were ready to care for our new pool.
