Due to the supply chain issues, the pool we were expecting to be installed in July didn't break ground until September. When it was time for the NE AutoCover guys, they were quick and delightful. I also called for detail about the pool's coping, and they were helpful. Since everything is so new, I would like them to inspect the cover when the pool is opened so I know the family can have an entire season of enjoyment of the pool. I would recommend them to anyone in New England who wants an auto cover.

Rob and the team are amazing. As a first-time customer, I called them to fix a cover because toddlers would be on my property. They agreed to make a special trip to Nantucket on short notice because of the safety urgency. The company I had been using couldn't have cared less. Cover is fixed! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We contacted this company to do an automatic pool cover on our pool. They said they had everything to do our pool on the date we need; everything was in stock according to them. A week before we are supposed to start the pool install (the day they said they would be there doing whatever they need to do), they called to say they didn’t have anything in stock for our pool and it would take 8 weeks!! Our pool installer warned us about this company, told us APC would say anything to get our business since they have a $7k profit on these covers. Very unprofessional to lie t…

We are so pleased. They came in and replaced my cover from another company and have been so helpful answering all my questions. Highly recommend them.
