Tom and his crew did an amazing job. I absolutely love my pool. They were very helpful through the entire process. Pool school was very helpful to really explain all the equipment and getting the water balanced perfectly.

These people can't even answer their phone or return voicemail or emails. I've tried to contact them repeatedly for a new I ground pool installation.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tom came to give us a pool quote and was pompous, arrogant, and flat-out rude. He barely set foot in our yard before brushing us off and making it clear he had no interest in our project. He acted like he was doing us a favor just by showing up, and couldn’t get out of here fast enough. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine how terrible the actual process would be. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Great job by the crew. A liner replacement after 17 years - looks good - on time and professional.

Jim and the crew were so great putting my liner in which looks fantastic! It was quick and very professional and at a good cost for the work. Would definitely recommend.

Tom. That is the reason for a 1-star. Rude. Terrible customer service. Superior should consider hiring a sales representative. This guy isn't it!
