I consider us to be refugees from the horrific customer service we received from Aqua Jet. After being cursed at and treated horribly by their owner, we contacted Shore Pools for support at my parents home. Being senior citizens and the upkeep on the pool had become too difficult and they needed additional support. Shore Pools promptly responded with friendly, professional service and a problem solving approach. Shore pools has provided excellent maintenance and repairs for our pool. They also installed our pool heater, new pool cover and they have been most helpful in educating us since we were new to pool maintenance. Kyle, Gina and Remi provide excellent customer service as well. This is an exceptional local business!

I don't usually post many reviews but Shore Pools earned this one. They installed a new pool liner for us and the job was completed a month ahead of when it was scheduled, I was charged exactly what I was quoted and the job came out just as we envisioned it, 2 thumbs up!

Started out good but when I complained that my new motor was leaking I was told it would go away and it was never looked at and told it was the filter.

Some of the most unprofessional people- we have ever worked with..held up a pool closing over a month due to a $31 missed charge... new pool company much better people and a better price
