I don't like writing bad reviews of companies, everyone has a job to do and a family to feed. However I cannot ignore the problems with this company any longer. I started pool service approx 2 months ago, The pool has missed being serviced almost half of that time. They have failed to add chlorine, at any time that they did service the pool. A week and a half ago I had to call and complain that the pool hadn't been cleaned. After 4 hours he showed and did a poor job. At that time I added tabs and algaecide to the pool. The whole time Mr. Peralta was a customer of B&B we never had any complaints from him until approximately the last month of service. He started calling about everything. He was treated with respect and courtesy until he began ranting and raving and calling us liars. After cancelling service he stopped our pool tech in the road and asked him if he needed chemicals? Not sure what is going on but good luck to you Crystal Clear.
At first the guy did his job just fine. But I think they hired several different people to come clean the pool....or hired someone else to come to my house who sub-employed other people to do his work..., I'm not even sure because there was always someone different coming to do the service which I am not ok with. I have had service with B & B for about 12 months. I’ve had nothing but issue upon issue with them (I.E. not cleaning pool as scheduled / improper use of chemicals / and charging for labor and repairs not performed. I called to make made a complaint and was met with both sarcasm and indifference from the owner. She seems to care nothing of the quality of service she provides but does care greatly about getting her money. What ever happened to performing the service you are being payed to perform?. we live in a condo complex by the airport, our pool is always green, never cleaned. the guy almost never comes and when he does it appears that nothing was done at all. it is disgusting. i have tried calling twice leaving a message complaining and nothing has been done. the two skimmers in the pool have thick algae growing and has been that way for over 2 months.

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE. They only came to skim the pool. That's all they ever did. They do not answer the phone. To cancel service, we had to catch them when they came to skim the pool. Even writing on the check CANCEL SERVICE did not work. They cashed the check and kept coming! This was a pain as the property used to be vacant. Awful vapid employees, terrible management, lazy work.
This company it’s noting but a joke , they don’t do their Job , the sent people with out training, I don’t recommend them to anyone
