Very pleased! I spoke with Brandon on a Sunday after hours about installing a pool pump. Brandon told me he would probably be able to get to in Monday. Brandon was here Monday afternoon and did a fantastic job on the installation and went above and beyond by cleaning the filter and adding chemicals to get the pool back on its way becoming blue again. I'm looking forward to starting a regular cleaning service with Ocean 2 Ocean pool service! Highly recommended for any.one looking for an honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and family run business to help keep their pool in top shape.

We are so happy with Brandon and Ocean 2 Ocean Pools! Starting when he came to give us a quote on a Saturday for our new home’s Pool and even started our service at the same time so we felt comfortable swimming if we wanted to! Our pool is always sparkling and we are able to enjoy it every day. Brandon even went above and beyond when we were away and something was not right at our home. He remedied the situation and let us know right away! Super happy!

Don't waste your time with Ocean2ocean pools. We agreed to pay Brandon Tyler $110 a month to come on Tuesdays and Fridays and clean our pool. Everything went great the first week. Then he didn't show up the next week. After numerous attempts, we got ahold of him. He said he had a death in the family and forgot to call us. No big deal, we understand. He showed up on the next scheduled date (which was a Friday). The following week, no Brandon, no phone calls or emails. Just nothing. My wife called him Friday at 1600 to inform him we no longer needed his services. Save your time and money and fin…

This company is great. Brandon answers when you call and very knowledgeable on pool related issues and willing to educate. He makes a huge effort to try to make it to your home to diagnose issue sometimes same day or at least 24hrs. He is a great friendly professional guy who will get and keep your pool looking fantastic! Totally recommend

Mr.Tyler started out great per the agreement pool cleaning twice a week however this was short lived. He then would miss weeks and we would have to text him repeatedly to come clean our pool. My pool turned green twice while here was “servicing ” we took pictures and made him aware he came the next day. At minimum the pool should never turn green with a “professional” that your paying him to keep your pool clear let alone the pool turning green. He was always full of excuses when he actually did respond. Do not trust this man with your pool!

The pool service guy just stopped for months but continued to invoice. Definitely not recommended.
