after 18 yrs I had to leave this company. they have no customer service nor do they care about their job. I never had anything bad for 18 yrs until I got a new pool guy that doesn't do anything. I called to complained about wanting a new pool person because 2 1/2 weeks go by I haven't had any chlorine tablets and my pool is dirty and very cloudy so please give me a new one or come see what is going on. they called me back and said chlorine was high was the excuse they gave me. Had a leaking Pentair pool pump and was ready to tear it apart myself to change the seals. After a buddy had numerous problems with his, I decided to give Crystal Clear a chance as they have been servicing my pool for over three years. The technician showed up earlier than expected but was apologetic and polite. He was very professional and got right to work. The repair was completed in a lot less time than it would have taken me and the price was very reasonable. Just checked and it's still dry and running great!!! I have to write a review because Crystal Clear Pool Service is the best that I have used. We struggled with our pool being green for a long time and didn't have any luck keeping it clear, even with another pool service clearing it up and maintaining it on a weekly basis (they would come out and clean a green pool). I got rid of the other pool service and decided to give Crystal Clear a try because they were close to my home. Excellent service. From the office staff to the quality technicians, Crystal Clear has always done a great job. They are quick to respond, and repair issues with our 30+ year old pool. Friendly and knowledgeable with very reasonable prices. Love this company!!!
