I have been a repeat customer of WM Wemple pools for years! If I could give more than five stars, I would! They always come out when they say they will, are professional, they know their business, do quality work and they do not waste time. Steve The technician who usually comes out here is absolutely amazing! Joe has been great to work with in the office as well. Very highly recommend!!!! I go to them for pool repair items every single time

Atlas built our pool in Laurette Park 4 years ago and we from the beginning used BM Wemple to clean as they said this covers warranty. In 4 years we’ve had several issues that went unresolved. I contacted the owners of Atlas also BM Wemple Pools to discuss our situation. The owner(s) took all Of my concerns very seriously and sent several of there people To make it right. I was deeply apologized to and I thank the owners for stepping in and holding there team accountable. Im holding my review at a 3 for now but will give the BM Wemple team some time and hopefully I can revise this to a 4 or …

B M Wemple pools has done an amazing job keeping our pool sparkling & beautiful. During our pool school experience they were very thorough and spent time explaining all aspects such as the equipment, app, chemicals, etc. Every employee has been very nice and helpful! We highly recommend this company to all!

Purchased and had a heat pump pool heater installed for our in-ground pool. Joe was excellent to work with from start to finish on the mechanics of getting it ordered, getting it delivered and then scheduling the installation and the electrician. From the time we ordered until installation was complete was less than 3 weeks. Lee, the installer went above and beyond by helping identify an issue with the pool lights. I highly recommend BM Wemple for your pool needs.

We purchased a heater and also weekly pool service. After a few months of poor care by the tech, the pool water corroded the new heater and destroyed the filter. We have been waiting months for the company to repair their errors but keep getting delayed. We have not had a functioning heater since October.

Very helpful in isolating the issue and getting it repaired expeditiously. I had several lights inoperative and others not properly synced.

Mike and his team are just good people. They are transparent quick and knowledgeable. I needed my pool worked on in an Emergency and he got it done. The work was great. He also gave me options. Hard to find people that care. Great team will be using for my next house.
