Above and beyond. Great experience with Backyard Oasis and the crews. From start to finish, Backyard Oasis and their team were fantastic! I will actually miss them coming to the house. The owners, the design team, Ramon our main contractor were all so very nice and experienced. They helped us to understand the process every step of the way! Backyard Oasis did a great job on the construction of our pool and spa. Andre’s was our designer who created the perfect relaxing atmosphere for our life style! Isaiah who was our construction foreman kept us informed on every step! If we had any questions or concerns, Isaiah got us the answers quickly. The project took a little over 4 weeks from start to finish. Mason took care of our training in materials and maintenance of our pool. We’ve had an amazing build experience with Backyard Oasis. Mikayla and Ramon did a fantastic job bringing our back yard to life with pool, spa, fire and water features. The involvement of the team was a great experience from start to finish. This was our first pool and Ramon spent the time to explain every part of the process. I would highly recommend Backyard Oasis to build your next pool project.

From design to finished pool the process went really well. The down side is obvious and that’s the dirtiness of dig and re-landscaping what was damaged from that. The crews did there best but you can help the fact that it’s going to be dirty for awhile. Ramon was the lead on my project. He was communicative, helpful, and figured out my aesthetics rather quickly. Each crew worked hard and was excellent at their craft. I commend the tile work especially. I feel very confident in recommending Backyard Oasis to anyone wanting a new or refurbished pool.

This company is TOP TIER! The craftmanship is absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the end result of my pool and hot tub. Not to mention, my warranty expired right as there was an issue that had surfaced. Backyard Oasis came out and fixed said issue free of charge. That speaks volumes of the customer service you will experience with this company. Thank you again Backyard Oasis!!!!

Our pool was completed by Backyard Oasis last fall, and we are still extremely pleased with the results. Isaac Chappa was our daily representative during construction of the pool, and he was consistently thoughtful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process!

Backyard Oasis built our pool in the summer of 2003. At that time we worked with Bob, the owner. We just had a renovation complete and the project was managed by Isaiah Chappa. Isaiah was fully involved from start to finish and ensured the project was organized and the site remained clean. He would keep abreast of the schedule what could impact completion. More than his management of the project Isaiah is very professional and a joy to work with. I feel like we ended up with a good friend.
