I am very pleased with the saltwater, fiberglass pool installed for me by Backyard Paradise Pools in Saucier, MS. After discussing what I wanted, they included everything in the quote with no hidden surprises. The contract sufficiently spelled out expectations. They did all the pool work themselves including moving dirt/gravel, delivering the pool, electrical, plumbing, and coping grout work. Travertine coping plus 4 feet of brushed concrete, colored lights, and a system capable of being controlled by an app (if you connect it to your WiFi) were already included in the base price. Pam, Gary, and the entire team at Backyard Paradise Pools were absolutely awesome! Honestly, choosing them was the best decision we made for our home. We are extremely happy with our new pool. The whole process was so much smoother and more efficient than we ever expected. Things were done quickly, but never rushed, and the quality of the work is evident everywhere. We absolutely love our new fiberglass pool. It looks beautiful and the craftsmanship really shows. From the start, Pam was extremely patient with us during our selection process. She is very knowledgeable on Leisure Pools models, and what’s unique is that she’s also your mason—so the same person who helps you choose the pool is also hands-on in the installation, the travertine decking, and the concrete work. What a wonderful experience. We worked with Pam to find the perfect size pool for our small space. She was so informative and so helpful with all of our questions. We ran into some permit issues, but she was amazing in dealing with it all. The crew were also amazing. It went so fast from start of the installation to the end and finally our pool school to learn about all the I fo on the equipment and how to care for our pool. Pam and Gary were amazing and the best. I definitely recommend them. Our boys love their new pool and so do we.

Pam and Gary installed our pool in 2020. It's been a great addition to our yard, and the kids have enjoyed every minute of it.
