Bay Pools did a great job, we love our pool. Once the job started it went very quickly and efficiently. Greg was a fantstic site manager, he made sure everything ran smoothly and was very hands on every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Kevin did the concrete and did a spectacular job, the pad around our pool is perfect. We would definitely recommend Bay Pools if you are looking to add a pool to your back yard.

Very Rude & Unprofessional! You could not pay me to deal with this pool supply company. Going there for nearly 10 years with no issues until this past week. I was trying to sort out a Warranty issue on a cracked chlorination cell, would not listen or follow-up on warranty.

Bay pool company came to our rescue. They built our pool four years ago and did an amazing job. Two days ago our pool, which is at our Airbnb that had guests in it turned green mainly due to us not changing the filter and the current heat wave. Even though bay pool does not due service calls and had no obligation to help us, they came to the rescue. Wendy came over and serviced the pool, knocked down the green, balanced it all out and left instructions on maintaining our pool better. They literally saved us when they didn’t have too.

I called 4/3 about a warranty on a salt cell that was purchased right before I bought my home. I had an issue getting a response due to some internal changes happening at the company. I expressed my issue and Adam handled it promptly and efficiently. He went above and beyond righting the situation when it wasn’t even an error on his part.

Bay Pool was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. They are honest and will not sell you something you don’t need. Jacob our installer was very thorough and wants his work to be perfect. If you are thinking about getting a pool, I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Adam, Wendy, or anyone at Bay Pool. You’ll be glad you did !! We LOVE our new pool !!
