I have lived in a nice Belmark managed apartment for several years and I have no regrets. They are professional and during the Pandemic they worked with people who had no money and couldn't pay rent! They keep up on the landscape and fix the little things if they know about them. I would recommend living at a Belmark managed apartment. Exceptional staff.

Belmark Homes built our new custom house on our Lot in Arlington in 2020. Our home was built on time and under budget! Working with them from design stage to handing over the keys was a pleasure and their customer service, attention to detail, and communication was excellent. We also used them to make repairs and clean up our old house before we put it on the market. We would highly recommend them and their team of amazing craftsman for any construction project. I purchased a townhome by Belmark many years ago and my experience was very good because their customer service after purchasing a home was outstanding. My new home had a few problems here and there after purchasing but it had a warranty. Belmark always came out and fixed everything right away. They returned phone calls and emails immediately and always kept their word. Some builders are great before purchase of home but after closing, they don't care even with warranty. Bought our home from Belmark a few years ago and since then used them for 3 upgrade projects. They are thorough and high touch when working with you, responsive, and communicative and transparent. I trust their quality of work and when things need attention they have successfully reoslved them. Will continue to reach out to them for our next project and continue to support our local businesses!

Hello, I did not get a house built or rent an apartment from Belmark. However, I did work there and the owners Shelley and Aaron Metcalf are truly great and trustworthy people. They do things on the up and up and work hard to make sure their residents or customers are satisfied. It was a pleasure working for them and I would recommend them for any one of their services.

Belmark is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. From the first month, the managers wouldn't stop bothering us, and when you move out, they charge you for a lot of things. They handed it over to us not very clean and with many defects, like holes in the walls. Take pictures if you rent from them and save up because you'll pay two more months' rent plus your deposit when you move out. They're very abusive, charging a lot of fees, and they also charge for many hours of maintenance work. They say you get what you pay for, and it's true.
