Todd is professional and proud of the work he performs. This is rare in today's world. He will educate you on the nuances of pool equipment and upkeep so you understand the process. We had a leaking pump which I erroneously thought was due to a simple gasket. It was not. Todd had a spare housing and had us fixed in no time. He also did a quick check on all of our equipment and even tested our water. Beyond Blue Pool Service should be your go-to source when it comes to your pool equipment. He does not offer weekly maintenance, he just services pool equipment. The man knows his stuff.

Todd was very communicative and explained everything to us. We knew we selected the right person when he said he can be contacted with any question we might have. Arrived on time and did a great job in replacing our panel and salt cell as well as some new plumbing so the system operates efficiently. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with my experience working with Todd. He truly cares about his work and his customers. He is very thorough and very willing to explain all the details regarding his assessment and how to move forward. He repaired a leak in my water feature and replaced two parts. Todd did an amazing job on my pool. He was prescriptive with his suggestions when it came to getting me to where I want to be as a pool owner. Being a first time owner, I didn’t know much about pool maintenance - let alone what my pool needed to be properly maintained. I had an original (18+ y/o) filter and pump that needed to be replaced. Todd recommended a variable speed pump that helps me save on energy costs. It is also very quiet compared to the old one.
