Aquaman pools has been servicing my pool for a year and a half. In their servicing and maintenance contract they claim to come, check your water, add chemicals, brush your steps, outer walls, vacuum and empty the baskets. The last 4 months I’ve noticed that the walls of the pool had been turning green. I started checking on my cameras and realized their technician doesn’t do anything except for emptying the baskets and skim the pool. Justin does a fantastic job every week making sure my pool stays balanced and is visibly much cleaner afterwards (thanks dusty Arizona for all the dirt blowing around lol). We do our best to keep it cleaned up in between, but it’s always beautifully clean after Justin has been here. We also really appreciate that we don’t have to worry about the chemicals ourselves. It’s been a blessing, thank you Aquaman and Justin!

I’m just starting my pool service with aqua pools and destiny and Ricky came out to give the pool a look over so they’re able to give me an idea of what needs to be done and they were wonderful. Very professional and pleasant to be around. I’m looking forward to working with them.

Bought our home in Carefree last May. Needed major remodeling of the pool and deck. The nightmare began quickly. Like the wild west. The majority of suppliers I contacted never showed up for the estimate appointments and of those that did the majority never got back with the quotes!! What??? My trust level of this industry was rock bottom. Then I found Aquaman and Greg Anderson. What a relief. Greg was accessible, and accountable every step of the way. We did have an issue with quality of weekly care due to new employee onboarding but Nick (manager) quickly took care of the issue and we are now in sync again.

I saw this company on Google search after my other service quit servicing my pool because of my dog. Aquaman was quick to respond and I set up a service in 2 days. Their customer service is superb and I am hoping their pool service is same. Will report on that after a month or so. Thanks again for your quick service.
