We're so thankful to Octopus Pool Service! I was having serious issues with my pool. I called them late in day and they were here the next day! Dusty was so patient, thorough in his explanation and very efficient. After the evaluation they discovered that we were going to need a new system. They did the job immediately and the costs were great. No hidden fees or extra charges for the evaluation. I called another well known pool company and they wanted $120 for an evaluation and a week to schedule it. We are pleased with our choice and the technician that did the work was also great! Terrible customer service, absolutely horrid communication!! The owner of the company repeatedly set deadlines to service our pool that he never met. Completely dissasembled our sand pump & left it that way for days after saying he'd be "right back". When we expressed our concerns, he bacame upset & left once again without completing the work!! ON TOP OF THAT - after we cancelled our service he CAME TO OUR HOUSE and tried to PICK A FIGHT WITH MY HUSBAND!!! We had a sleeping baby in the house & his yelling scared the poor guy awake! Do NOT EVER use this company!!!

I don’t know where to start. Honestly, I just purchased a home with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. It started to turn green within a week and I already had plans for a pool party set. I called and spoke to Hailey (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) and she was very helpful. She told me that Dustin would be out within the hour. He showed up with all the knowledge I needed 😂. Within a couple of days Octopus pool did what they had to do and delivered . I will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.

Dustin has serviced and repaired our pool over the past 5 or 6 years. He is very patient and kind and once worked for hours trying to vacuum toy rockets out that got lodged in our cleaning system. Our pool looks great and he is a good communicator on text, cell or by email. Very convenient and professional. Thanks Dustin!

Top quality, efficient, straightforward service. We had used Octopus last year for the first time and we were extremely happy. When a problem came up with our pool recently we used them again. Dustin the owner is great at evaluating the issue. He tells you exactly what you need (and what you don’t) and is able to answer all questions. Steve the technician came out the next day and replaced and installed a new motor and filters so quickly and cleanly. The pool looks better than it ever has. I cannot recommend enough that this is the pool company you need to use.
