We've been customers at Big Splash for over 10 years, because they offer great service, great prices, and always have exactly what we need. We had a pool liner installed and many maintenance visits, Scotty and his crew are always able to get to us quickly and know the answer to any pool issues! Great to be able to have a reliable, friendly local company!
Scotty installed an in ground pool for us. He and his staff were great with the timeline quoted. They have been very professional after the installation helping is maintain the pool. Products are always a great price and help is just a phone call away.

Scotty installed my pool 3 years ago and we have been totally satisfied with everything. They open and close our pool each year and that has been great. They are there when I need them.
I have the highest praise for Big Splash Pool Company. Scotty and Tina have always been honest with what I do or do not need. No upselling. I've been a customer for about 15 years and my transition from an above ground to in ground was made easier by Scotty installing the new tank motor..bless him, he came out of the building looking as if he'd been swimming I highly recommend them. They become like family that knows you by name.
We had great service from Big Splash !
Great experience, purchased replacement liner for a 33 ft inground pool. When the liner arrived it was the wrong size. They told me not to worry, that they would resolve the issue. Less than 4 weeks they installed a new liner, apologized for the delay and never asked for any additional money. Will continue to use them as a Hassle free supplier who stands behind their product and service.
Scotty has been great!! He’s easy to work with & reasonably priced.
