I had a great experience with the entire team at Genco. The sales and precon process was smooth and easy to navigate. The pricing was competitive and transparent. The construction phase went very smooth. Josh, the General Manager, was always on site, kept me informed of the schedule, and kept everything on track. All the work was performed with high quality craftsmanship. The start up went off great with the store helping to keep the chemicals balanced. We’ve had a great experience with Genco Pools and Spa! As new pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and their customer service has been excellent. Luke especially went above and beyond — he took the time to walk me through the steps of treating and maintaining the pool in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He even helped load the salt into my car, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Genco Pools and Spa for anyone looking for great service and support!

These guys are top tier. I’ve used them for a couple of years now and thus far they have been nothing but professional and very knowledgeable of what to do and how to do it. Breden came out today and went straight to the problem and within five minutes had my pool up and running. I have had a bad run-in with a pool company that left me bitter, but Genco has proven to be nothing but honest. I’ve never been over charged or swindled. I recommend them above ANY pool company

Blake and Brendan have done excellent work getting my pool up and running this spring - from a rough winter to user-ready in just a couple of visits, they brushed, treated, and cleaned it up really nicely so far!

These guys are great! I bring my pool water samples here throughout the year and they make sure I have what I need to keep my pool in pristine condition. It seems like every time I've needed something, except my weir door, Genco's had it in stock. Great service, great products, and a clean store. If you come in around lunch the guys would give you half of their sandwich if you asked for it. The customer really is treated like family and friends here. Thanks guys!
