I bought a pool, a hot tub and a cabana. Additionally they helped me find someone to put in a kitchen. I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve received just in the last few weeks since it’s been installed. Additionally I got the pool heater. 75-80 degree days would be too cold to swim without it. But when the water temp is 85, it’s phenomenal.

Jake, Zack, Brett, Justin, that’s just naming a few! We’re all absolutely amazing! We worked with Jake for a long time because the home he originally quoted us at, we decided to sell it and build a new one. We had a great experience with Hot Springs. Very knowledgable sales people (and not pushy), and great delivery team who took time educating us on how to set it up and take care of it. Have also been helpful with some after delivery questions that have come up. We're in our tub every day now!

They have 5 star knowledge and 5 star customer service around the board when it comes to pools. They knew exactly what was needed to get our pool crystal clear. We have used other pool stores in town and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but Hot Springs!
