We are new pool owners and have had many questions and issues while learning to care for the pool. Hunter and Tyler have continuously gone above and beyond answering every question while providing additional guidance to ensure we are able to make informed decisions. First off, their hours of operation are terrible. 9-5 Monday through Friday, and closed by noon on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. For me, that means I have 1 day a week where I can do business. Secondly, and this is the real issue. I took my Blue Diamond Pool Cleaner robot in for repairs. I was pretty sure it needed a new drive motor. They told me 1) They would call me to tell me the price of any repairs before doing them and 2) Their repairman would get it working again. Love dolphin pools, my husband and I have owned a pool at every home we have owned at least 5 pools, this installation was the best. Went very smooth, everything we wanted was completed to our satisfaction. It is very difficult to trust a pool company with that kind of investment but believe me dolphin makes it a wonderful experience
Recently purchased a hot tub, they were very friendly, offered lots of advice and info, their team even helped us load it onto our deck. We plan to use them for our pool needs from now on, too. Highly recommend them!
We shopped around last fall for pools, and just had it installed this spring. Thank god we ended up at blue dolphin! They were nothing but helpful & won’t try to oversell you. Very honest and good at what they do!
