I cannot say enough about how awesome our experience has been! From first meeting, planning and install it has all been top notch. Premier saved us from our disaster of our last pool build which had to be totally torn out. The management, crews and all involved have been very attentive to detail. They listen to what you want and then will give you the pros/cons of those ideas in their opinion. The CAD drawings really helped us visualize what the end product would look like. These guys are great! One thing that drives me crazy is when a contractor says he’s going to be there and never shows or even communicates. This was not the case with Premier. George & Chip kept in contact with us through the whole process. Everything they said would happened was right on schedule like clockwork. We live on the side of a hill so our yard was a challenge but we couldn’t be happier with how our pool turned out. These guys are professionals and know what they are doing.

Our pool journey began late last summer with a consultation with Premier Pools. They designed a beautiful pool that exceeded our expectations. From initial consultation to final fill and startup, the Premier Pool team was great! We are first time pool owners and had a ton of crazy questions along the way but Chip, James, and Ward were all about helping us understand the process and give us peace of mind. There were hiccups with scheduling but it’s just the time we live in right now with worker shortages and supply chain issues. Either way our pool still got built faster than any other pool builder we contacted! Any issue we had, James was quick to jump on it and get it fixed! We had a great experience meeting with Chip Farrell at Premier Pools. We were very impressed with the information he supplied us with and the detail of the 3D presentation and pool design. We had previously met with several other companies and this by far exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a pool. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY – READ THE BBB COMPLAINTS FIRST This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a contractor, and we deeply regret selecting this pool company. From start to (unfinished) finish, it’s been a disaster marked by lies, broken promises, and subpar workmanship.
