If you want a true luxury experience without any sales pressure or pretension, build a pool with Premier Pools. We have wanted a pool for years through three military moves and they finally made it happen. I won’t say we were the most difficult customers they have seen but we’re definitely close. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. There truly isn't one thing we wish went differently. Casey went above and beyond to ensure our planning was detailed and thoughtful. We never felt pressured into any part of this journey and Casey and the team moved at our pace during planning. The owner, Ray, took time to ensure all of our questions were answered and our expectations were aligned. What a journey it was with Ray and his team. The transformation of our yard is just unbelievable. There have been several “pinch me” moments looking at our yard and saying “I can’t believe this is our yard”. We faced a few obstacle during construction but we collectively worked together to get the end product delivered. To any future customers I suggest staying patient during the construction phase, cause in the end you’ll be amazed at what Premiere will deliver to you. Wouldn’t have done it any other way. In mid May a representative came out to do a site evaluation and design. Before he left he said he would have the design and estimate in a couple of days. I guess we have different definitions of a couple of days. It has been 9 weeks since he did the evaluation and I have not heard back from him.

We've had a great experience with Premier Pools! David was wonderful to work with from the very beginning, taking the time to meet with me, walk our communities, and provide quotes. Since then, Brenden has been fantastic. He's always quick to respond, keeps me updated, and has been incredibly helpful in getting our community pools back in great shape.
