My wife and I just bought our first house and we couldn’t be happier that we chose a McCaleb home. It was a new build that we were under contract on for a couple of months before closing. From signing the contract to closing, the whole team was phenomenal! Collin, our builder, updated us often throughout the building process and asked for our preferences on the home where he was able to. We came in near the end of the build process, but every interaction we had was excellent. The process was professional, the homes are thoughtfully designed, and we especially appreciated the owner being involved in our kitchen selections and attending the closing.
