Our pool ultimately turned out beautiful. The expectation of completion time that was given to us was about 6 weeks from dig day. It turned out to be about 11 weeks. Due to our yearly vacation, we were not able to complete our pool til late September. We lost a whole season. Communication with the company was very lacking. Our pool salesman, Mike Hunt, is the nicest guy and is very responsive. We would recommend using them, but strongly suggest doing your homework on the whole pool building process as the company does not hold your hand.

Blue Haven pool have been nothing but the best. I know that there are some negative reviews out there but please take a look at when those post were made. Majority of them were during Covid. EVERYTHING was unknown, including pool materials . My sales guy Mike Hunt was awesome!! He came into my house and gave me all the facts right away. He drew where the pool would go in my back yard and also plotted it on a google map. The quote was within the budget.He is so personable and after we signed the contract we became friends. Great company all around. Especially our rep. Mike. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful to work with. Happy customer after a successful install and full season of enjoyment under our belt. Will forever recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blue Haven Pools. I paid approximately $80,000 for my pool, and it has only been operational for about 6 weeks. During that time, my children have barely been able to enjoy it because the water has remained cloudy and dirty. For the past 4 weeks, I have been trying to get this issue resolved. I spoke with Kevin multiple times, and he eventually instructed me to contact Sum-R-Fun Pools, leaving me with the impression that he was handling the situation. Blue haven pool company is the worst. They installed my automatic pool cover in a wood box without a drain in the cover box and they kept telling me that there was one for several years despite the box filling with water and washing away the soil under the surrounding pavers and concrete surface and shorting out the electric in the box. I had to pay $21,000 to remove the box and ten feet of concrete and pavers and install a proper concrete box with a drain. The salt and chlorine water also seeped into the tree line and killed twelve large mature trees. I spoke with them and emailed many ph…
