Our family purchased a hot tub through Ashton Pools by Design, and I could not say better things about our experience from start to finish. The sales team at Ashton was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and excellent communicators throughout the process. There were various different trades that had to complete work in order for the hot tub to be installed. We were very pleased with our Ashton Pools By Design experience from the design stage through the installation stage and beyond. The Ashton team consisted of true professionals who kept our best interests in mind at all times. They built our dream pool that we now thoroughly enjoy with our family and friends. We hired Ashton Pools in November of 2025 and they were excellent to work with across the board. They just completed their work this week and it was really seamless. The team was super easy to work with, responsive, met their deadlines and delivered a pool in several months during the dead of a very cold winter. I recommend Ashton very highly!

Ashton Pools is THE best pool and outdoor living construction company in the area! After being scammed by a prior pool contractor in March, Nicole reached out to see if/how they could help. Within 2 weeks, we were able to design the exact pool that we wanted all the way down to the custom bluestone coping, water features, and finish color. Nicole made the selections process easy and efficient! My wife and I hired Joe and Nicole to design and build our pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, patio and fire feature. They worked seamlessly with our custom home builder to make sure the project was completed on time and on budget. We cannot say enough about how great an experience we had with Ashton. The project exceeded all of our expectations. We were very pleased with the entire process and results from designing to meet our vision to completion, which included an outdoor grill/kitchen area. Ashton’s communication was excellent throughout with updates and photos especially helpful when we were not local. All members of the team were very personable and professional and very responsive to questions or minor observations which were quickly addressed to our complete satisfaction.
