I should've written this review three years ago when I first had my pool installed. Better late than never! Truly experienced, professional, hard-working staff. Jordan walked me and my husband through the whole process and made us feel confident to take on pool-life. We were put on the schedule for installation quickly, the crew were efficient and thorough, and I couldn't recommend Prestige more highly.

Prestige Pools is an amazing company to work with. Shane and Darlene went above and beyond to make sure our dream came true and then some. I just finished my pool installation with prestige pools and I have to say I am very impressed. From the initial meeting with their sales person to the day of setting the pool to the final completion the team they have assembled is top notch and professional. All of them provided excellent communication of the steps and what we were waiting on, I work 6 days a week which can make it tough to doing a project of this magnitude as I wasn't always there to see what was going on but they all kept me updated on everything. Prestige pools did an amazing job with our pool. We don’t have a lot of space to work with but we were able to get the project of our dreams accomplished. Jordan managed our project from sales to pool school and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. He was so responsive and attentive to our needs through construction.

We had a pool installed last year and worked closely with Shane (the owner) through the entire process. You can tell he really cares about his company and does everything to make sure the customer is satisfied with their pool buying purchase. So if you are looking to buy a pool in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach/Wrightsville Beach area I HIGHLY recommend Prestige Pools.

Recently had a fiberglass pool installed by Prestige Pools. Scott was wonderful out of the gate, He knew we had been taken by Sunrise pools. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the whole process before we started. Everything went exactly as He said it would for the price we agreed on. Overall a good experience. We had a small issue with the concrete but was rectified immediately. All involved including electrician, Danny, inspectors, And pool cleaners were timely and professional. We love our pool!!!

Our neighbor had their pool installed and I wanted to give a shoutout to Prestige Pools for their tactics! We watched from our house wondering if it was even possible! These people are magicians and can get a pool into any area no matter the tight fit or what’s in the way! If you have a tiny backyard with narrow/tight access these are your people!
