I tip my hat off to Blue Haven Pools for a job well done. (Ron, Wyatt & their whole team). We had so many options for a pool builder, but I’m so glad I chose BHP for my pool project. It was a memorable learning experience and now it’s time to start making pool memories 🙏🏽❤️😎

We had a great experience with Blue Haven Pools. Our pool was completed on time and it's perfect! Our project manager Wyatt kept everything running smoothly. The crews that Wyatt brought, plumbers, plasterers ECT were professional and very hard working. When we had questions Wyatt was always easy to reach and able to resolve or explain the issue. We actually did get 3 estimates and chose Blue Haven. We love our pool!

They said they would complete the pool within 65 days of dig day and it's now day 100+ without counting weekends or holidays and we are on step 3 of 6 🤦🏾‍♀️ worst incompetence I've ever seen in a professional company. We've had a huge trench in our backyard the entire time that makes our backyard a very dangerous place and they just don't care. Update: My neighbors have now also started a pool, they have gotten permits, dig, filtration system, gunite and deck in first 3 weeks... what took this company from November to now May has taken that company 3 weeks. So it can be done in a timely ma…

Our experience with Blue Haven Ontario was wonderful, everyone was hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. We loved that we received design photos of what Our backyard paradise would look like. Our pool looks amazing! We would highly recommend blue haven to family and friends. Quality workmanship through entire job!

these guys are characters - constucted 2023 - besides being horibly late the quality of construction was not bad (after aguments abount following code requirements) we had a leak with auto pool filler, which they claimed was our fault for reaplecing float - finaly busted out deck to reveal joint that was never glued - thanks - hope there are no more - they do NOT stand by theire work!

The process from start to finish was easy even with a few issues that came up with getting the permit. That was a problem caused by the city. Any other problems were solved in a manner satisfactory to all parties. All responses to inquiries were received promptly. Highly recommend the service. Wyatt was fantastic!
