We have been very disappointed with the lack of support and follow‑through from this company. Before installation, we were given incorrect information by the salesman, which led to major issues in our backyard. We had to put in a full drainage system along with a retaining wall to fix the problems caused. The company did reimburse us for the material and retaining wall, but only after I posted a review. Feb 2026 Decking pavers are sinking into the soil due to lack of proper compaction no warrnty we have called the office may times - always the same story "someone will get back with you. Storm last night has filled the pool to almost over full called Blue Haven office an told the over full drain should have prevented overfilling. we requested a warranty repair since the pool is still under warranty. While it took much, much longer for them to finish our pool installation than predicted (due to bad yard drainage and terrible weather), they were consistent and completed the job. Major shout out to Mike for always being quick to respond and always being open and honest. We absolutely love our pool/hot tub, and Blue Haven delivered exactly what we wanted. If you have a specific need or want when it comes to a custom pool installation, I highly recommend Blue Haven.

I was so impressed by Michelle. She was personable, patient, and truly listened to what I was wanting in a pool/backyard oasis. She took the time to design what would best fit in our yard, patiently explained in detail what should be done, and answered any questions we had. She is a gem. Thank you!

Retired Air Force veteran of 20+ years here. This is my experience thus far with Blue Haven Pools of Prattville, AL. We’re 50 days into the pool build that started in April. Of those 50 days, Blue Haven workers have been on site working for exactly 15 days. During the past month and a half they were on site working two days. The project manager Austin Mitchell is non responsive and won’t return our calls. My wife expressed concerns with the owner John Mitchell and he’s taken no action to resolve our concerns.
