We hired Mr. Pool to replace our pool liner, and unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. During installation, there was an incident where a worker fell, leaving a noticeable imprint in the liner. Additionally, the cutouts for the jets and intake were made before the pool was filled, which resulted in significant wrinkling throughout the liner. Although the company returned to attempt to stretch the liner and remove the wrinkles, the issue was not resolved. We are pleased with Mr.Pool. We never had any issues from the beginning to the end. Everette and Cooper was our guys and they were always polite and respectful . All of the crew was very professional from the time they broke ground to putting final touches on dirt work in order for sod to be laid.. We highly recommend Mr.Pool

I recently relocated to Alabama and was in dire need of a pool for some relief from this heat! Enter Mr Pool - Everett H came to my house and proposed an estimate and options quickly and efficiently. After some hesitation, I decided to go forward with the installation. Overall, given my circumstances, I would say it was a fairly pleasant experience. I needed a pump motor replacement and Mr. Pool took care of business! Jackson did an excellent job. He is a true professional from the first text and call telling me he was on the way, all the way through adding shock to get my pool usable again after the motor has been replaced. Mr. Pool has been my go to for years and will continue to be my go to for many years to come! Thank you and GREAT JOB!!!

They sell absolute junk. My pool is less than 5 years old and I have had to replace the liner, 3 salt cells, 2 sand filters, and the entire rock waterfall. I would not let them install a pool anywhere near me again.

You need a pool, call and ask for Everett. Professional to a tee, from start to finish I could call Everett for anything and he was responsive, the team that came and installed was professional and friendly and even came on a Saturday to finish stone work. First time pool owner and can easily say Everett took the time to make this smoother than I ever thought it could be. Thef finishing pool blew my wife and I away and cant wait to create lifelong memories with our family. Reviews are one thing, but seeing a vision come to life is another. This company is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Their response time is non-existent, phone lines are constantly busy, and emails are never answered. If you are looking for a 'one-and-done' service that completely disappears the moment you need support, this is the one to hire.
