I was so happy Adam and Blue Ribbon pools were referred to me . Throughout the whole process from initial call, estimate, renovation and after completion Adam took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood it all. He responded to text/calls in a timely fashion . Trust me when I say Adam will be the one you will be speaking to throughout the whole process, you will not be speaking to a secretary , foreman or anyone else. I have had countless positive experiences when dealing with Adam and his crew. They are always professional and knowledgeable. They installed a brand new pool liner for me this spring, and I am absolutely in love with it. Adam was both informative and patient throughout the entire process, in order to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I will continue to utilize Blue Ribbon for all of my pool service needs.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Adam and Blue Ribbon Pools. From our first meetings where he took his time explaining pricing and procedures, my wife and I have always appreciated the time he spent with us, both in person, on the phone, and texting. He always responds to our concerns in a timely manner. Since the time we first had Blue Ribbon construct the pool three years ago, we have continued to use them for cleaning and opening/closing. Got our liner changed with Adam along with a new filter and a new pool light installed. Job was done well, fast and professionally . Also, did salt conversion and a new heater installed by Adam last year as well. He has good crew !

We had Adam from Blue Ribbon Pools install our built-in pool right after super storm Sandy. He could not have been more helpful in helping us design and lay the whole thing out. His workers come every year to open and close the pool and are on time, they clean up, and are very respectful. I would heartily recommend them to anyone with pool needs.

I will only use BLUE RIBBON POOLS After 3 or 4 lousy pool companies I found Blue ribbon pools They are always here when they say I'm scheduled for a specific day They ALWAYS COMPLETE the task Every year the open and close my pool and the year before I was in desperate need of a pool liner my in ground pool also had skimmers and returns for a above ground pool,my pump was 10 years old They changed everything I needed and I'm happy to say it was a great pool season NOT ONE PROBLEM!
