I’ve been with Blue Star Pool Care so long I’ve forgotten just how many years it’s been. In my time with them, I’ve only had 3 technicians. That’s a very low attrition rate. The rates are reasonable and the service is excellent. Rain or shine Blake shows up and does a great job. Before that, Austin did the same. Jerry, their mechanic knows everything there is about everything associated with pool equipment and has done several excellent repairs. Wendy, who runs the office is always prompt to return your call if she’s on the other line. I highly recommend Blue Star for all your pool maintenance…

I have used Blue Star Pool care for weekly service and pool repairs. I have found them to be very professional and helpful. Wendy has always done a great job with communication and follow up. Recently I need to have my pump seal replaced. While Jerry the tech was here, he noticed stress cracks on my pressure plate that was most like causing some of my pool circulation issues. Once repaired my pool was like new again. I appreciate both Wendy and Jerry's help!!!

I've been using Blue Star Pool Care for several years. I was using one of the larger local companies prior and just didn't feel I was getting the level of service and attention for my money. Switching over to Blue Star was the answer. They are super dependable and I always know when they've serviced my pool. I like that I get a note each week with all of the pool stats and suggestions if anything additional needs servicing. We've had Blue Star pool care taking care of us for 16 years. For 16 years every Monday morning at 08:00 they would show up and clean our pool. This was perfect as we have a mentally disabled son who likes to play in the backyard so we keep the gate locked. We knew that every Monday morning at 07:30 we would keep our son in the house and unlock the gate. Then this year they introduced a problem. They would no longer be showing up at 08:00 Monday morning. They wanted a 5 hour window to access the yard to clean the pool. When we called and tried to explain the problem their solution was …

We have used Blue Star Pool Company for years and they've done an exceptional job cleaning and servicing our pool. It is an older pool and they always repair issues quickly.
