This month, we hired BND Pool Plastering to complete a much needed renovation of our existing pool. We made the decision to move forward with BND because of our outstanding experience working with Michael, our estimator, and because BND is the only company in the valley trained and approved to install Wet Edge Technologies plaster products. I have called and used BND pool plastering on two of homes! Great service, great personnel, super professional, I have had new tile and total chip out, replastering! Everything was great from start to finish! Great pricing and their guarantee is best in town. I will continue to use them, refer them to all my friends and family. There is no other company I would ever use or refer.

The initial install and purchase 2yrs ago went well. However, since then my pool plaster has some issues with discoloration and workmanship. I’ve waited 2 months and still no customer service to speak of. Once they have your money if feels like they no longer care. Just my perspective, I will update this review if things get any better.

I was disappointed with my experience with BND Plastering. They were unable to accommodate a reasonable appointment time window, which made scheduling very difficult. More concerning was the interaction with their phone representative, who did not seem willing to try to accommodate a specific request and came across as unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in that area. Based on my interaction, I would hesitate to recommend this company to others who need flexibility or attentive customer service.

My husband and I wanted to say thank you to BND Pool Plastering. Our pool was in need of an updated look. We had tiles that had hard water build up and were falling off along with the plaster having chips and rough spots. BND Pool Plastering did a wonderful job. The pool looks brand new and everyone that we have shown thinks the pool looks amazing. Thank you for making our pool look new and refreshed. We can't wait to use it. Melissa Dougherty, CPM
