After many years of vacationing and wishing we had our own pool, Spring’s Pools & Spas made it a reality for us. We love our pool. From the initial phone call to the final walkthrough they were friendly, professional, and educated us as first time pool owners. They made the entire experience exciting and enjoyable. They were a referral from my brother in law who observed their work ethic while he was working on a house and recommended that we come out to meet them. We have been so impressed with Springs pools and Spas! Especially John and Chris! They are incredibly responsive and Knowledgable. I cannot say enough good things! We were new to pool ownership this year and Chris took his time to show us everything we needed to do and how to maintain our pool! When we need supplies John gets them to us ASAP! When I have questions and concerns, John walks me through the issues! It’s a personal touch of service with amazing customer care! I highly recommend Springs for any job you need!

We highly recommend Springs Pools and Spas! We LOVE our beautiful new pool! Forrest and his team are most pleasant to work with. They worked diligently and finished the immense project in time for our daughter's wedding weekend! We appreciated the ongoing communication with Forrest before, during, AND after installation. Paid for a pool inspection done back in March. Have called and emailed at least 5 times since for a quote without a response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Asked for a refund of the inspection fee given the lack of follow through. No response on that either.
