I recommend not purchasing a pool heater from them. Long wait times for service. 3+ weeks. They were repeatedly dishonest with me servicing my original heater. Again dishonest with me trying to get warranty service on the new heater I purchased from them. Very frustrating to work with. No issue with their service techs. They were professional. Just the store associates.

I am new to having a pool and we got a warranty from our home seller to use. This season when opening the pool we found that our sand filter system is junk and Ryan has been helping with our warranty (as frustrating as it is to deal with those companies) and I am thankful for the information and help getting things figured out and upgrading our system. Definitely looking to the future for using pool works for future work with lining our inground pool and completely transforming our whole pool area. The techs are very knowledgeable and great to work with so far (first season as a pool owner)

Tried working with them numerous times. They installed a heater for me, which i was pleased with the work once installed. However, the communication was awful, there was nothing formally scheduled and I was given notice they were on their way. I was out of town and had to reschedule. I added on having them open my pool for me since it was only $200 more. Big mistake. Theu pulled the winter cover off and rolled it up wet and full of debris. I wasn't able to watch them roll it up (didn't think i had to). So I had to go back, unroll my cover and use a leaf blower then roll back up. AND 2 weeks l…

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Pool Works. Everything from our initial meetings with the sales staff, to the design process, through construction and completion of the project went smoothly. The staff was responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the project and continue to be helpful after. Learning how to keep chemicals balanced can seem difficult at first, but the team is very good at educating us, and they offer free water testing to help you out. I wish I could give more than five stars. Trandon and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic. For them to come out in the cold to my home in Appleton and deal with my mess while closing my pool for winter was way above and beyond anything I expected. They even shoveled my walkway without me asking. The customer care at Pool Works is on a completely different level — far better than what you get from most contractors in any industry. I’d recommend Pool Works to anyone and everyone in Appleton or the surrounding area without hesitation.

I have been going here for years. They have installed my pool, maintained it and always have what I need. Great customer service everytime. Tim and Jen are always able to answer questions and find the right part.
