Your doing yourself a disservice if you don't meet with Botanist of the Valley. We spoke with a few different companies and immediately felt comfortable when we met them. No cookie cutter plans here, all original ideas based on your wants. All of their work is done in house, no outside contractor issues. They handled all planning,permits etc. no hassles. We always had access to the office or supervisors to address any questions. They were in contact with us every single day of construction. Recently my husband and I purchased a home in Sterling Grove. We decided we wanted a pool heater installed and asked some neighbors for a referral. .Botanist of The Valley kept coming up so we decided to give them a call. They were very responsive in every aspect of our project. They communicated every step of the way and we had no issues with inspections or anything else! We love are yards SO much! BEAUTIFUL! Botanist was excellent, and we would recommend them to others. We were in the middle of a remodel both inside and out, so staying on budget was important. Our original plan was to get three quotes for redesigning and updating our front yard. Botanist of the Valley was first on our list, but after meeting with Marty, we never made it to the other two companies! Marty did an incredible job presenting his vision for the yard, and we were immediately impressed by his creativity and talent. I had a great experience at Moon Valley Nursery in Peoria thanks to Casse. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I had a disappointing experience with Botanist of The Valley. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and it was difficult to get clear timelines or updates on my project. We are very impressed with the customer service, communication, speed and efficiency of the team. I reached out yesterday for a quote about a maintenance service and they were able to come out today, anticipate my concerns and offer solutions to our yard and get the job done.
