Update on turf issue: We were really grateful when Paul came out and said they could do a patch for us, even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the patch work was not done correctly. Months later, the outline of the patch is still clearly visible, and in certain lighting the shading of the grass looks off even though it came from the same batch as the original turf. Possibly installed in a different direction than the rest of the turf. Despite this, they claim the work looks good. Our pool was in bad condition Unbeknownst to us when we purchased the house we called Shasta as they were the original contractor on this pool. They sadly informed us that the pool could not be repaired and we had to start at Ground Zero. We talked it through with them and agreed to move forward. It was a very, very lengthy process with multiple subcontractors in and out on a daily basis, but eventually the pool was completed and we are very pleased with it. Chad did a great job. From beginning to end our pool and spa project with Shasta was an experience. Some of the people we met along this journey were absolutely wonderful. Many were compassionate about how the end result would be and they all brought along their particular expertise. Just remember lots of different trades people will be involved throughout construction of your pool and spa. My wife and I are overall very happy about the outcome and would like to thank everyone who helped us throughout the process. We had our cool deck redone because it was 25 years old and it had started chipping along the edges. It went smoothly from quote to completion. I’m very satisfied with it and to express my immeasurable joy is hard to state. We went a bit darker this go round and very pleased with how it turned out!🥰

Shasta did a full remodel of our pool and I couldn't be happier! The pool looks great and works like new! Project communication was exceptional, knowledge and skills of the various teams was great, every step of the process was perfect. Special compliments to Gary Vasco and Karla Naranjo. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I'd definitely go with the Shasta remodel team for any future needs.

4 years later and this company is still a joke. Pretty sure its mandatory in there training to just say well im sorry I apologize. What is the point of a warranty if I just have to fix shit myself and follow up with your contractor's. Horrible experience building the pool and even just as bad trying to get shit fix.
