We were thrilled we chose to go with Thunderbird Pools & Spas for the design, building and creation of our backyard oasis. We shopped around to many other pool builders and chose Thunderbird due to their approach of listening to the customer, caring about our design and maximizing our funds and space. The whole team at Thunderbird have been so great to work with. Our design process with Hailee was so easy and she helped to create a backyard we dreamed of. Joe and Tony were great to work with as well and so responsive and informative throughout the entire process. Office staff didn’t disappoint either. My one suggestion would be for the team to provide the details on requirements for security barriers according to the city up front. As a real estate investor & AirBnB Property owner, Thunderbird pool design separates themselves from the competition across the board. From the actual design to the implementation they hit all the marks. It is clear that the center point of the property is the pool and surrounding travertine / artificial grass. We recently completed a full pool remodel with Thunderbird pools. I was very pleased with the results. The work done at every stage of the remodel exceeded my expectations. Every employee that was on my property was professional and did a great job of cleaning up after their work. The work was completed well ahead of the projected timeline. thank you Thunderbird for the great experience. we are enjoying our pool!

We were in need of a light replacement in our pool which included complete wire replacement. Lisa and her crew are awesome. So helpful and attentive and we love the way the pool turned out as we did a complete remodel. The pool looks amazing and beautiful. From our first encounter with Eliot to Matthew and Brittany, everyone was nothing but professional! I highly recommend Thunderbird Pools & Spas. I will start by preferencing that I am someone who has high expectations for communication and a high attention to detail. Design & Pricing: Jeff Hyler was my pool & yard designer. On the initial visit, it was clear he was very knowledgeable, and he was very approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions and he was happy to give an expert opinion when I asked. Jeff sent over several design mock up options with estimates included.
