Kevin is the absolute best pool manager you will find mid-Cape. He communicates super promptly on email and text. He makes sure our opening and closing dates correspond with when we plan to use the pool. The few times our pool has struggled with a greenish tinge, he comes as many times as needed to get the right chemical balance. Kevin takes care of our pool like it is his own. Five stars aren’t enough for Breakwater.

Kevin and his guys area great. They show up on time, do what they say, and are friendly. That's all you really want from a service provider. So, i do recommend them for pool services!

Kevin and his team have given us excellent service for the past three years. The pool always looks sparkling and pristine. Kevin responds quickly when there is any problem - even in the middle of a holiday weekend. He has also recommended certain replacement parts be installed that have greatly improved the efficiency of the system and quality of the water. I highly recommend Breakwater Pools!

Kevin and the whole crew at Breakwater Pools have provided us excellent pool service since we installed the pool. He is extremely reliable for our scheduled service and always available for questions and any issues that arise. He makes sure any winter maintenance needs are also taken care of. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a pool company.

Kevin has helped us on multiple occasions for different issues with our plunge pool. His service level is top notch and response time to address issues has been exceptional. He also maintains the chemical levels of the pool a task I attempted to do myself and could not get right. I recommend breakwater pools to anyone looking for pool service.

I would not use this company. I thought supporting a new, small local Company would be a good thing to do. I was wrong! They anre understaffed and told me they cannot spend more than 15 minutes at any house or the lose money! So for $150 you get 15 minutes of adequate work and a big attitude when anything is questioned. Poor service, poor attitude. Go elsewhere there are plenty of other pool service companies! I believe the length of your response says at all. My less than one star review stands!

Kevin and his team at Breakwater Pools have done a great job repairing and maintaining our pool this summer. They have been very responsive and reliable. Our pool has not looked this good in a long time!

Breakwater does an excellent job with pool services. They are great to work! Having a saltwater pool, water quality is very important and Breakwater is amazing at keeping the pool perfectly clean and balanced throughout the busy summer! Highly recommend.

Kevin is very reliable and reasonably priced. He installed a new liner for us and now opens, closes, and maintains our pool. I would highly recommend Breakwater Pools as they will not disappoint.
